A general description of the position would include:
- Telephone Sales
- Client Servicing and maintenance
- Develop working relationships with new clients
- Sale visits and client liaison
- Filling bookings
- Interview candidates
- Achieve and exceed weekly targets Report in at the end of your week to your Team Leader
- Be on call twice a month. Monitor our out of hours "on call" service. (On Rotational basis)
- Up Holding the company's industry reputation and maintain the high standards set for customer service in the education staffing services industry
The ideal candidate must have the following qualities:
- Background in Sales / Customer service
- Motivated
- High energy levels
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Passion to succeed in a busy working environment
- Team focused yet individual in style
- llent Time management
- Hold a current drives license
